Important Shelter Warranty Information

Your shelter is covered by the Chery Industrial Canada Corp. limited warranty described below.

Warranty Coverage

Important Conditions

• The warranty begins on the date of the original purchase invoice.
• Warranty claims require the original purchase receipt and dealer authorization.
• Customers may request an inspection within 30 days of purchase. Claims made after 30 days may incur additional costs.
• Self-installation must be documented with photographs.
• Improper installation, unauthorized modifications or failure to follow the installation manual will void the warranty.
• Snow and ice must be removed promptly. During strong winds, the doors at both ends must be properly closed or opened to reduce the risk of collapse.
• The shelter must receive a complete visual inspection at least three times per year, including the frame, fixings, tarp and anchors.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage caused during transportation, misuse, unauthorized installation, natural events or indirect damage.

Warranty Registration

To complete your warranty registration, email your product serial number and purchase invoice number to info@cheryindustrial.ca.

Claims and Replacement Parts

Replacement-part requests may require up to five business days to process. Store pickup or delivery is available. Parts not collected within seven days become the property of Chery Industrial Canada Corp.

Replacement parts remain available after the warranty expires. An extended warranty may be purchased within 60 days of the original purchase.
