Chery Industrial Canada — Cabinet Workbench Warranty

1. Warranty Coverage

Chery Industrial Canada Cabinet Workbenches include a Lifetime Warranty on the following main parts:

  • Drawer panels

  • Drawer handles

  • Drawer rails

  • Keys

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If an eligible part fails, Chery Industrial Canada will provide a replacement part, subject to inspection and warranty approval.

2. How to Initiate a Warranty Claim

Before returning any product or part, please contact our customer service team. Your claim must include:

  • Invoice number or proof of purchase

  • Product model

  • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

3. Inspection and Approval

Our team will review the information provided and may request additional photos, videos, or the return of the affected part for inspection.

If a return is required, the customer is responsible for the initial shipping cost to our service centre. Once the item is received, we will normally complete the inspection within 3 business days and advise you of the next steps.

4. Warranty Resolution

If the inspection confirms an eligible defect:

  • Chery Industrial Canada will provide the required replacement part.

  • The replacement will normally be dispatched on the 4th business day following inspection.

  • Chery Industrial Canada will cover the cost of shipping the approved replacement part to the customer.

5. Warranty Exclusions

The Lifetime Warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

  • Improper use, overloading, or failure to follow product instructions

  • Normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage

  • Accidents, impact, misuse, abuse, or negligence

  • Rust, corrosion, moisture, fire, flooding, or improper storage

  • Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications

  • Damage occurring during transportation, relocation, or installation

  • Lost keys

If inspection determines that the issue was caused by improper use or is otherwise excluded from warranty coverage, the customer is responsible for all repair, replacement-part, labour, and shipping costs.

6. Additional Conditions

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required for all claims. Replacement parts provided under warranty do not restart or extend the original warranty period.

Chery Industrial Canada reserves the right to repair or replace the affected part with an equivalent part when the original part is no longer available.
